Apex 2025 – Year in Review

As 2025 comes to a close, we are proud to reflect on a year defined by quality, investment, and strong partnerships. At Apex Spring & Stamping, our focus remains clear: deliver high-quality springs, stampings, and wire forms while continuously improving our capabilities to better serve our customers. This past year marked meaningful progress toward that goal.

Industry Recognition & Awards

One of the most rewarding aspects of 2025 was the recognition we received from valued customers and industry partners. 

• Apex was honored to be named a MillerKnoll Gold Supplier 2025, a designation reserved for suppliers who demonstrate exceptional performance in quality, delivery, collaboration, and overall value. 
• Apex was also recognized by Steelcase with the 2025 Premier Supplier Award and the 2025 Carbon Reduction Leader Award.  Both reflect on our commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.  
• In addition, Apex was proudly named the ADAC 2025 Partner of the Year! 

These awards are a direct reflection of the dedication and expertise of our team. They also highlight the strength of the partnerships we’ve built — partnerships rooted in trust, communication, and shared expectations for excellence.

Investing in Capacity & Capability

To support our customers’ growing needs, Apex made significant equipment investments throughout 2025. We added two new Simco torsion machines, increasing capacity and flexibility for complex torsion spring production. We also expanded our wire forming capabilities with the addition of a 13mm Wafios wire bender, allowing us to handle larger diameters and more demanding designs.

Further strengthening our production capabilities, we installed another Wafios high-speed coiler, enhancing both efficiency and consistency. On the heat-treat side, Apex invested in two new inline belt ovens from HSI and Forming Systems, along with two large batch ovens from JPW Industrial. These additions improve processing and are critical to delivering high-quality components at scale.

Throughout 2025, Apex continued to offer a wide range of custom springs, metal stampings, and wire forms, and assemblies supported by in-house engineering, prototyping, and secondary operations. From compression, extension, and torsion springs to complex stampings and assemblies, our team remains committed to providing reliable solutions across diverse industries and applications.
