We are always excited when blessed with opportunities to grow and expand our operations.  Whether for improved efficiency, meeting customer needs, necessary expansion or simply staying up to date, it is important to our team to be operating to the best of our ability with quality equipment to manufacture the best parts possible.  This new year we added two new machines to the fleet here at Apex.  

AIDA 1600 New Press at Apex January 2024

New Press

The AIDA 1600 is our new 160 ton press.  It features a bed size of 72” which allows us increased capacity and capabilities.  It is the second press added in the last 12 months and will be fully operational in February 2024.

 

Wafios BM36 Front View New At Apex

New Wire Bender

Our new Wafios BM36 is a high speed wire bending machine that allows for improved efficiency and capacity.  This Wafios can operate material running from 2mm-6mm in diameters.  The machine is currently fully operational and running smoothly.
