Plant Tours At Apex

A huge percentage of products manufactured today require the use of springs, stamps, or wire forms.  Despite this, many people don’t consider the little parts and pieces that make our everyday conveniences work so seamlessly.  But, our customers sure do.  They understand that each part is vital to the production of a great end product.  Because of this, they too want to learn about the variety of capabilities for manufacturing those parts.  They also want to stay up to date on new advancements in the industry.  Therefore, we are happy with each opportunity to invite our customers (or companies considering Apex) for a tour of our plant operations.

Why We Do Plant Tours

From our design and engineering team to our manufacturing processes, we want our customers to see Apex in action, our culture, and how committed we are to their success.  Some companies are worried about sharing “process secrets”.  Not us.  By keeping your customers out, you’re losing out on a valuable opportunity to build a strong and trusting relationship.   We understand that, and because relationships are key to Apex, we invite you in!  During a tour, we’ve had customers comment: “You must have cleaned up to prepare for their visit!”  But that’s not the case.  At Apex we are always ‘customer ready.  We pride ourselves on an organized, clean, and safe working environment 100% of the time.  Our team welcomes customers into our facility because seeing how we work is critical to earning your trust.  Visitors are encouraged to speak to our team members, ask questions, and watch our processes and machines.

Often customers call months after a visit remembering something they saw on their tour and ask for help with a part or assembly. At Apex we welcome you and would enjoy educating you on what we do and why we are so proud to open our doors!

That’s the Apex difference!

Are you interested partnering with Apex and would like to come in for a plant tour.?  Let us know!  We can’t wait to talk to you!
